Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments invoiced by Framework Logic Digital. Because this website does not process payments, refunds are handled against the invoice you received offline.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive at least 7 full days before the cohort start date (Korea time) or within 14 days of payment for self-paced Signal Scout access if less than 20% of lessons have been opened — whichever policy applies to your product.

Full or partial refunds

• Full: cancellation inside the timeframe above, or cohort cancellation by us
• Partial (50%): withdrawal after the full-refund window but before the third live session of a cohort, when materials remain unused beyond orientation

Non-refundable items

Custom Fleet Observatory scoping fees, completed private clinics, and third-party exam vouchers (if any) are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email hello@framework-logic.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may vary by country.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical or family emergencies may receive goodwill consideration outside the standard windows; decisions are case-by-case and do not create precedent.
